Alpine Data Labs is hiring! We are seeking world class people to help build a scalable web-based machine learning platform, which can help data scientists build predictive models and solve real-world problems using Hadoop/Spark and MPP databases.

★ Backend Web Experts (Play! Framework, Spray.io, RestAPIs, Websockets)

★ Machine Learning Experts

★ UI/UX Visionaries

We are not only using lots of open source packages, but also contributing our algorithms back to open source communities. We are happy to have our developers working closely with open source projects.

We are currently contributing our Single Pass Algorithm for Penalized Linear Regression with Cross Validation on MapReduce to mahout, and will contribute more!
